The Domain Name is already registered in and the hosting in place. I am currently working hard at getting it all set up for you and in adding the content to the membership section. This this is a very extensive site it will take me until roughly April 8th 2012 (I picked my birthday for the Grand Opening Date) to allow it become fully live.

Billing can not be approved until I have most of the content in place, but I never yet had a problem with getting one of my sites approved. So I am not worried about that  part.

Good morning dear Readers,

today I would like to discuss the difference between money greedy versus money hungry. Something a lot of people in the financial domination fetish don’t seem to understand or even consider. Is there a difference besides the wording? Yes, the difference actually can make a big difference on how a financial Dom conducts him/her self in behavior with you.

The word “hungry” comes out of a need for something. You are lacking a certain thing and now you are trying to fill that void. You are “hungry” for that item. Most people who are truly hungry are willing to do just about anything to gain the substance needed to become filled. To have their NEEDS met. In order to survive. They often have to swallow their pride at times, take on jobs or do things that they may otherwise not be willing to do in order to receive the “payments” to fill that hunger.

When a financial Mistress becomes “money hungry” she often lets her standards and principles slide in order to fill the quota of her needs. In most cases those are the ones who deal with guys they would usually reject out of hand, because their need for the finances may receive are so great. Hunger is born out of desperation and not something conducive to power transfers. In this case she is more willing to have the money slave “hire” her to become his “Mistress”. Tell her how to dominate him etc. With other words a roleplaying situation begins with her pretending to be in charge, but in actually the money slave – client holds the true power since he controls the situation.

The word “greedy” on the other hand comes out of wanting more of something you already own. In this case it is the rush of owning a thing that makes you happy. You don’t necessarily need more of it, but you want it. You enjoy accumulating it, seeing it grow, adding to it, playing around with it etc. You can do without it if necessary and not having it won’t hurt you in the least, but if presented with the right opportunity you will take it.

When a Money Mistress is “money greedy” she will enjoy the process of accumulation as much as the possessing of the actual thing. She already has all her needs met or is in the process of meeting them without a money slave having to give it to her, but she enjoys taking his money to add to hers just because it gives her a natural high. She becomes like the mythical Dragon who loves to hoard and sits on his treasure. However that doesn’t mean you get to call the shots. When someone doesn’t need what you have to give, but simply wants it their behavior becomes a lot different. They can easily reject you out of hand if you are proofing to be too much of a hassle or game player. She isn’t going to lower her standards for a couple of bucks! When she is in greed mode she will take and she will take mercilessly until she feels that it may hurt the source of her enjoyment too much. Remember those who are greedy usually know exactly how far they can push a source before it collapses. Since in this case greed is the driving force and the enjoyment to take over and over, she is not going to “harvest” you fully and deplete you completely. She wants to do this over and over again after all. So she will leave it off at some point that you may feel twinges but can recover, only to be drained again. To her the way of taking is as much a natural high as the product itself. You can’t force someone who is greedy to take only what you are willing to give, because it may just not be something she desires.

For example: If I want cash that day – you can offer me shoes until the cows come home and I won’t take them. I want what I want, when I want them and how I want it done or it is no good to me. With other words I remain in control and charge the entire time.

Have you ever noticed that most “greedy” people are extremely clever and manipulative? They need to be in order to reach their goal of enhancing what they already have. They understand the ways of the human psyche pretty well and know how to make others see their point in a way that makes them agree and obey. In that case showing a money slave just how much he “needs” to serve and sacrifice for her.

The combination of driving force is askew in the first case of money hungry and perfect in the second of money greedy.

Her greed feeds into the need of the slave to submit. The more he sees her enjoying the process of taking from him without the tension of needing to do so, the more he will need to give in the future.

If I am greedy I can easily say one day  – “I am just not in the mood today to take from you, maybe I will allow you to give to me tomorrow!” Why because I am not desperate to have what you offer.

If I am hungry I can not afford to do so. I need to be willing to take all the time and from whomever offers it to me in whatever way they offer it to me. Not a good base for being a Money Mistress.

I hope you can see the difference clearly in the way I just described it. If you are a new Money Mistress make certain you will never get yourself into the situation to become money hungry, don’t fall prey to this sort of mind set and behavior.

Have other venues of income to cover your needs regardless of what they may be. In my case I am a writer, artisan, Pro-Dominatrix (and even there I am extremely picky who is allowed to serve me). I film fetish clips I sell, I work on Niteflirt as my Phone Domination Platform, I counsel online and a few more fetish and vanilla oriented entrepreneurial things in order to cover my bills and keep myself in food. This allows me to say ~ I want or I would like to have ~ instead of I need this!

Make certain you are in the same situation! Remember to be smart, never put all your eggs in the same basket. Plan ahead, save your money for days that are tougher and you won’t ever need to become “money hungry”.

Trust me Ladies being greedy is a lot more fun!!!

Let’s take this away from purely financial domination for a moment and bring it into the field of BDSM/Fetish if you will indulge me in this.

When you first start out in any BDSM oriented field or in a new to you fetish you need training and mentorship. It is essential simply because doing anything just by reading a few books or watching movies (porn movies at that) is not going to give you the full picture ever. You need people with actual hands on experience to give you safe and strict insights on what really transpires.

As with everything else in the BDSM/Fetish world there are many different aspects to each fetish. Everyone sees things slightly different, has their own opinions and yes turn on factors in it. Since the person you are going to “work” with are mostly submissives -yes you get some Switches ever so often (strangely enough most of my slaves and subs who turned out to be some of the best were Switches in fact) – it is extremely valuable to get some insights from their point of view. Why because they can tell you what their side experiences during the sessions.

Let me give you an example. I have a great interest in electro play, but due to the high costs of good PTS Units I have never purchased one, so had no real experience on it. A wonderful Switch Client (Pro-Session) requested electro play via the violet wand and attachments from me plus several other areas. All of them things I personally enjoy. I told him I would pick 4 out of the ones he listed – yes I still control what I wish to do even if I get paid, you don’t get everything you want – but could not offer him electro play for the reason stated above. He asked me if I would be ok to talk to him on the phone which of course I was. During our conversation he informed me that he had a Unit and was rather skilled in it and if I would not feel offended he would like to offer to mentor train me on it on him. I jumped at the opportunity – what a perfect offer.

He was very knowledgable about it and learned a lot. I still don’t have a unit because I want one of the good ones, but when I get one I will be comfortable in using it now. After practicing on a few more people and myself of course first.

The point is, submissives and Switches along with fellow Dom/mes can be a source of great information. If the submissive, Switch or Dom/me in question can behave in a manner that is polite, patient and without attack.

You as a new person (not necessarily new to BDSM but to a Fetish or an area of BDSM) are not stupid for asking to learn from someone who knows regardless of the status they hold, but actually show your wisdom in being open to accepting the aid.

During any of my real time workshops I always have a submissive mentor, a fellow Master with long experience teach along side with me. This assures that my students receive the information from top view/ bottom view and both gender views.

I feel very confident in my personal knowledge in the areas I am adept in, so I do not fear being made to look foolish. I also know that they may know something on the topic I didn’t think to cover.

For example – I can explain subspace, but not as well as a sub can. Which is something a new Dom/me needs to understand in order to keep their submissive save. Since during subspace a submissive no longer is aware of their own thresholds. Now the Dom/me must be twice as vigilant over his/her charge. You get the picture.

During a deep draining session in financial domination a financial slave can experience subspace as well. Hence same principles apply.

today we are going to deal with some practical things instead of the fun of draining and training. Yes that is all part of it to me.

No matter how wonderful you may be or your Lady may be, if nobody knows she is there it won't do a lick of good. So in order for new seekers to find her, she needs her own online presence.

Joining financial domination forums is a wonderful idea, but it still keeps you limited to only profile pages. Which means you are not going to be able to be your own boss on most of them. Due to federal regulations the Owners of those forum has to limit you to certain things. For example you can not post any photos of yourself topless or nude without having to comply with 2257 Laws. Which means the Owners of the Forums would be required by law to ask you to fill out and submit a Model Release from and a copy of your ID in order to be allowed to host those photos. Nobody wants to have to put up with that sort of hassle.

If you do want to join a financial domination forum, I advise you to research them a little first. You want to make certain they are reputable and are in good standing. Ask around, see what is being said about them. How long do they stay around or are they here today and gone tomorrow.

Are they free to join, or do you have to pay a minimum membership fee to be active. Each has its own benefit.

I own and operate http://www.financialdominationworld.com which is not going to have a huge Membership count for the fact that I charge a small monthly fee which gives you blogging rights, forum use, chat room and your profile etc with no limitations on advertising your own stores, websites etc. There are no seperate levels of membership there, they are all equal. But still since most folks don't want to pay, the numbers will remain small.

There a couple free-to-join forums I personally belong to which may be of benefit to you as well, but since I can not post the links without the site owners permission I won't add them here.

So you have a profile on a forum and that is great, because now you get seen by the boys on the community sites, but it won't help you to be seen by those who don't belong there.

You need to set up your own website to reach a larger audience of potential seekers. Boys creating a "worship site" for your Lady with her permission of course, is a great way of helping her as well. Afterall you want her to have as many good boys serving her as possible right?

The first thing you need to do is find a good and reliable Domain Registrant that doesn't rip you off and a reliable Host which allows adult content. A lot of them don't!

After trying out a lot of them I have found only one that suits my needs perfectly. I register my Domains with them, host my sites with them and they have NEVER crashed on me. No outages or down time. Their price is more then reasonable and you can host as many domains on one hosting package as you have purchased space.

I have used Godaddy.com for the last 6 years now, for both my adult and non-adult ventures and as I said I have never had a problem with them. The wonderful thing is that you can also get a free wordpress blog attached to your domain with them. Since you are hosting via Godaddy you don't have the adult hinderances on wordpress. A wonderful solution.

Now you have the perfect hosting company and domain registrant in them. Time to think of a Domain name!

Since you want your name to rise in the Google ranking you need to be smart. Think of keywords which may be looked up. Try to incorperate at least one keyword in the domain name. That will take a little work on your part, but trust me it is worth it.

Try to keep your Domain name simple and relatively short. Make it count!

Another tip, if you purchase the Hosting via Godaddy and purchase the Domain with them as well, you get the Domain registration for the first year for $1.99 instead of the regular fee. So it is definately worth it. Make sure you do it all at the same time.

If you want to build a Membership Site you need to have a CGI bin available, if not you can use the economy hosting. I use the next one up from there and it works like a charm.

I only pay $6.99 a month for my hosting package, which is dirt cheap.

Now think design! NO matter if you design your own Websites like I do or hire someone, you need to know what you want to do with it and how you want it to look.

I keep mine really simple, no big flash and whistles since it only slows the upload time down. Remember that boys are impatient to get at your content, so the more you slow the loading time down the less they are even going to stick around to see it.

Add QUALITY Photos, stay as far away from grappy webcam screen shots as possible. If you can produce a good screen shot that is clean and crips by all means use it. But if it is grainy and barely visible don't!

Let me give you some examples of my different websites:

As you can see each has its very own layout style. 

I personally use Dreamweaver MX for design which is easy to learn and Adobe Photoshop for my Images.

Your Index page should look neat and not gluttered up, make it attractive without being over the top. I know great looking professional sites are wonderful, but I am not a big studio. I am just me, a one woman ruled empire! So I keep my designs simple and rather concentrate on the content.

Use keywords but don't spam them.

Give each Page a title, that shows up in the search engines as well.

You are building and adult site, so you need to make sure you have adult content warning and you need to make it clear that by entering they agree to your TOS.

If you plan on having ANY Photos or clips with even partial nudity on them, be it yours or your subs, you need to add a 2257 compliants statement on the index page. Make sure that you keep all your records in order!

Protect your content and add a copyright notice to the index page as well as to each of your images (watermark them) and your clips.

Take a notebook and figure out what all you want to add as content. The more you plan ahead and organize things, the easier it will be for you to update and maintain.

Create your own style as closely fitting your personality as possible. Think of your website as your home on the internet. It should represent who you are!

Make the colorschemes easy on the eye and the texts easy to read.

For a financial domination website I would suggest you add at minimum:

• About you (tell them a little about yourself and your experience level)
• Your Blog link (remember you can sign up for a free blog with your hosting package)
• Your Rules
• Any links to clips4sale, NF, Talksugar or whatever you may have
• Any open Positions
• A small Gallery
• Tribute opportunities
• Contact Information

Those should be the minimum you have represented.

Keep navigation as simple as possible and think "retard" when you set it up. Trust me you have to tell some people that they have to "click here" to be taken to the next page!

Keep the layout uniform. Meaning don't suddenly start switching colors etc in the in between.

I redesign my websites slightly every other 3 months or so, because it actually keep the spiders happy. Meaning the Search Engine Spiders.

Banners! Create a Banner or more.

For adding your website to different 100 top lists etc you want a banner. The regular (standard) banner size is 468 px X 60 px.

Again make it your own.

Update your blog regularily, at least 3 Times a week and hook it  into your Twitter account and any other adult content approved social networking you have.

Keep your expectations realistic! A new website takes about 6 to 8 Weeks to be picked up by major search engines and depending on how good of a job you have done, that is where they will be placed in the pages. A  listing in page 20 is seldom going to be seen.

YES you need to actually add your URL to different search engines. I am not going to lie to you, building and marketing your website is very time consuming at first. YOu really need to put some work in, but it is worth it in the end.

You can not be lazy for this. Spend your 30 hours to get started and don't complain about it.

Add content to your website regularily, change it around a little and be creative without being gitschy.

Make strong statements and keep the Rules clear. It doesn't matter if the boys agree with them or not, some will and some won't.

But those who won't are not the ones you want anyways.

For example! My Pro-Domination Website is http://www.prodommeinlasvegas.com

I will lose clients because I am making very clear what I won't do! But those are the clients I would have lost anyways! This way I already sorted them before they ever get started talking to me.

If you have more then one website like me interlink them as much as possible. Categories your blogs. If you can't figure out what belongs where so won't anyone else.

IN your design work set up folders and put the right content where it belongs. Think ahead, be organized, be clean and crisp in your design work.

Once it is set up and public ask several different people from differnent locations to look at your site for you. This way you can find out if you have any broken links, if it shows up ok. Ask for feedback! Don't get mad if they don't like what they see. They may give you good input or they may just not like it because it doesn't suit them. Shift through the feedback carefully and fix what is broken. Don't change things if it is just a personal preference.

If you hire someone to create your website for you, work with them closely and PLEASE have an idea of what you want. Don't keep changing your mind mindstream. I have build sites for other Ladies before and they kept changing their mind, or didn't know what they wanted. I ended up telling them to forget about it, because I really don't have the time to waste.

YES I charge for website designing and Banner creations. I won't do it for free and I will only do basic designs as you see on mine. But they are never the less effective.

I suggest not to depend on a sub to create your personal site for you if he doesn't have the experience or is not trust worthy. A "tribute site" can be done by him and for you on his dime and time. YOURS needs to be done right and quickly. Not whenever he gets around to it.

HAVE the content ready when you start out. You can add more as time goes by and you should, but never leave pages that are hooked in blank.

That looks unfinished and will not reflect well on you. If a page is not done yet, just don't link it or have the click here for it until you are ready.

Good morning everyone, today I would like to introduce to you a very old school idea in BDSM as well as Fetish. The Sisterhood between Dommes.

I would like to compare this in a way to the Sisterhood the old Amazon Warrior Women used to share. Standing up for each other, having each others back and most importantly standing together for the greater good.

Yes you did have warring tribes and you did have sparing matches between the women, but when it came down to it, there was an unbreakable sisterhood which conquered many things. It was that Sisterhood which made them so hard to beat, combined with their strength, their integrity, their skill and their honor.

Isn't it a lovely thought to be compared to this honorable tribe of women? To me it is one of the highest honors you can bestow.

Reality is that it is very hard for women in general to get along, due to their inherent jealousy and their need for spotlight attention. Yet women have also a strong need and desire to keep communities running smoothly. They are often by their very nature protective over those they care about, and caring.

So what do I consider a Sisterhood among Dommes? Take a good look at the example of the Amazon Women mentioned. They rose above their jealousy and  pettiness and formed a group of strong and powerful women who gave men a run for their money. They were in charge, took charge, and lead without any problems those whom they considered worthy to follow. They reigned their "world" while keeping a community spirit among each other.

Certain Rules were put in place, which each as powerful and strong as she was would follow naturally, because she understood that without those rules their tribe would be weakened.

The Sisterhood is no different. Evenso each of us is powerful and strong in her own right, we still need to have each others back. Working with each other, rather then standing up against each other constantly is a necessity in order to have a strong community of Dommes. That is never any truer then now and on the internet. Certain things should never be tolerated from another women, and certain things should be able to be expected without fail.

Here are some of the should be able to expects and should never be tolerated:

Respect for each other at bare minimum a politeness is always to be expected. If you don't have manners towards each other, how do you expect our submissives to be able to depict flawless manners? Remember Ladies that you lead by example. Evenso I have been doing this for quiet some time now, I do not expect my fellow Ladies to address me by Title and Name. She is my Sister and Sisters have nicknames for each other or call each other by first name only. So to my fellow Ladies I am simply Bella or jokingly to some Momma Bella. I make it a goal of mine, to get to know the other Ladies around me and should strive happen try first to address it in a more private setting via a personal email, or messenger chat. When in open chat, I make it a point to greet everyone and try my best to include others into my conversations as to never leave anyone out. I ask others how they wish to be addressed, never assuming that their Rules are like mine. When a Lady is new to the community I will try my best to make her feel welcome.

Teaching and Mentoring our young along the way. When did it become a habit to try to undercut or to oust younger women? Maybe it is the  mother in me that looks upon our new Generation of Ladies as daughters to be trained, taught and mentored along the way. Yes, as with anything else when you are young, most think they already know everything but will recognize as they mature that they have much left to learn. You are never done learning regardless of how old you get. Instead of condemming our new "Warriors" , take counsel to them if they are willing to listen. Of course many will not, but at least you as the seasoned Goddess have tried.

Respecting your Elders in the way. That doesn't mean you need to play toady towards them, or bow down before them. But it does mean watch the way you speak to them. Us Elders have gone where you are now, and we did get doused before too. But we also had Elders who cared about us and hopefully mentored us along the way. A little respect towards those who walked the path before you, gives  honor to you as well Ladies. I consider myself an Elder by now, but even I have many Ladies who have been in the Lifestyle longer then I have or are older then me. One of the way I make certain to show my respect to them is by greeting them first. I do not wait to be addressed by give the entrance the due honor it deserves. What disturbs me greatly is the blunt disrespect I see from some of the younger Ladies these days towards us. Trying to put those older then them out to the pasture so to speak and behave like the old Courtesy Rules are outdated. Watch yourselves "little ones" because that is a sure way not to last for too long.

Don't flirt, take or use what is not yours. With other words, leave under consideration or owned boys alone. That doesn't mean you can't talk to them in open settings, but flirtaous notes on their profiles, secret emails behind their Owners back or even accepting Friends Request without the approval of their Owners. Especially no accepting or even worst soliciting gifts or tributes from another womans boys. Don't try to fix what is not broken, traditions are there for a reason! In every generation there are at least a few who seem to think they need to rearrange the traditons and courtesy rules. That is not bringing it into the new age, but undermining the foundation of what our Lifestyle is all about. Like any well build house, it needs a strong foundation or it will sink. Don't mess with what was set in place for a reason.

Don't try to start Drama all the time! Some people seem to live on Drama and are not happy until they can sow discord in a community. Those types of women are not doing anything good for themselves or others. Eventually they damage their personal reputation and weaking the community at large. In due time, other women will pull away from them and she will not be trusted. How can you, when you already know that no matter what, anything you say or do can be used as an excuse to start another round of Drama. Boys don't like Drama (well at least most don't) that is one of the reason they seek out Dommes besides their need for their fetish. If they want Drama they can be with their vanilla wife or GF.

Think of a community of Ladies as a well oiled machine. If we work together and have each others back, how much stronger will we be as a Group of women and as an individual?

Today, I would like to talk to you about financial online slavery contracts and the thought that have to be put behind it. A slave contract is a huge step and should never be taken lightly. Lifetime financial slavery contract!

I, XXXXX slave name Victim, understand that my only true purpose in life is to serve my black widow, Goddess Bella Donna in any way she sees fit. It makes me weak for her, my life takes on real meaning in her service. I have begged my Goddess, the Goddess Bella Donna, for a lifetime financial slavery contract, and she has graciously consented to it.

I, victim, understand that this is a very big step which can not be reversed without deep penalties, and I do not enter this contract lightly or on a whim. I have thought about it long and hard, and this is what I deeply desire.

I, victim, am from here on out, dedicating myself to a lifetime financial servitude in full slavery to My Goddess and now Owner. I agree and attest to the following rules of my slavery.

#1 I am to make regular financial gifts to My Owner as she desires and demands. I will never cheat her in anyway, nor hide resources from her.

#2 I will disclose my spending habits to her, and will ask permission before I make any big financial investments for myself. She will at this point have the power to either approve or disapprove them.

#3 I will set up 3 savings accounts in her honor. One will be savings for my daughter, one for my son and one for her pleasure. I will give her full access to the accounts so she can monitor and make certain I am saving as I should. She will be able to withdraw at will anytime the money I have placed into HER savings account.

#4 I agree to be devoured financially 2 times a year, for which I will save for and will not try to avoid it. The financial amount of the devouring will be at her leisure and demand.

#5 I will greet her daily via her messenger, even if it is only to say hello, so my Owner does not needlessly worry about me. I understand that I am hers fully, heart, body, money and soul and that she may dispose of anything I own, in any way she chooses.

#6 I agree, to take out a loan for her pleasure at a time of her choosing and hand it over to her without regard of my personal financial safety, trusting and knowing that evenso she can, she will not ruin me. I will then work double hard to pay this loan off, so she can repeat it if she so desires.

#7 I am aware that this is a lifetime contract and that if I ever for any reason desire to beg out of this contract, I am going to have to pay her a “buy out” of 2000 pounds to be released.

#8 My Owner will take over my life completely, controlling not only my financial aspects but also my sexual aspects as well. I will be required to report my sexual adventures to her, and will have sexual intercourse with my wife if I am so required by her. With that making her fully the Owner of my very person.

#9 I beg humbly for My Goddess to accept me and to take me as hers fully, and to be permitted to visit her for real time service at a time that this is possible.

I, XXXXX slave name Victim, fully understand and agree to all the above named terms and am of sound mind and body. I have not been forced into this contract, but have begged her for it.

Now to the steps, I considered while drawing this contract up. Over the span of the year, I have gotten to know my boy. I know about his private life, his family and his love and adoration for his children. I in turn wanted to make sure that his kids will always be taken care of. Which is why I brought them into the contract. I want to make certain that he will never be tempted to neglect them due to serving me. We all understand that serving a powerful Lady, can at times become so all consuming, that evenso it is not intented the boy can let other important matters fall to the way side. It is my responsibility to ensure that this does not happen. By demanding monitoring access to their saving accounts, I can make certain that money is placed into it for their future welfare. Something that is very important to me personally. I do not enjoy the thought of innocents suffering because of me.

His wife too is included, not only because I delight in controlling this aspect of his sexuality, but to ensure that she will not be neglected, hence making his marriage worst. By taking over his sexuality in such an intimiate way, it also makes his slavery to me more real and tangible other then the transfer of money.

As you noticed only one amount was written in, which was the buy out clause. Something I find extremely important, since it gives him the feeling of security should take his life a turn away from service. Life happens, and we can not stop it. Here is his out. Of course I hope it will never be necessary and I am of course aware that he could simply disappear, without honoring it, but I trust in his integrity and honesty with me. He has a good track record with me.

The Loan was discussed for a long time now, and he has something to look forward to. However, since he had little ones at home, something like that would not happen for a long time to come, and at that point would not be anything outrageous. It is simply a show of power over him. By agreeing to this, he is making himself vulnerable to me. A delightful and scary feeling.
